Today we expand our Miami horizons and travel over to Lower Manhattan, New York. Tucked away in a neighborhood a block away from the East River across the street from the New York Vietnam Veterans Memorial lies the world’s best bar… literally. The Dead Rabbit was named the World’s Best Bar, consecutively, for 2015 and 2016 by The World’s 50 Best Bars list.
Considering that the voters on this list, dubbed “The Academy“, are some of the world’s most renown Mixologists, Historians, Baristas, and Establishment Owners… the title is of exceptional significance. If you haven’t yet heard of The Dead Rabbit, we’re sure you’ll need little convincing to make a stop on your next trip to New York if you’re not a native. But if you’re in need of some convincing, the establishment was founded by two prominent forces in the bar scene, Sean Muldoon & Jack McGarry, it’s got, two floors, three bars, master bartenders, a massive menu loaded with specialty cocktails, hard-to-find spirits, and mouth-watering entrees, and most importantly… genuine hospitality. Nuff said. Photos via The Dead Rabbit NYC.
